Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM) is organizing a workshop titled Minimizing Withholding Tax Exposure and Effectiveness of Double Taxation Agreements in Cross Border Transactions on 6 and 7 March 2012 at Seri Pacific Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. The Workshop will aim to share the implications arising on payments subject to withholding tax and how to mitigate them.
