Double Taxation Relief (The Government of the Republic of Indonesia) (Amendment) Order 2012

The Order amends the Double Taxation Relief (The Government of the Republic of Indonesia) Order 1992 in the Schedule in accordance with the Protocol Amending the Agreement between the Government of Malaysia and The Government of the Republic of Indonesia for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to the Taxes on Income.
