2012 Taxpayers Service Month Programme will be continued from June 1
KUALA LUMPUR, May 30 (Bernama) -- The second session of the 2012 Taxpayers' Service Month Programme will be continued for a month from June 1, the Inland Revenue Board said today.

It said the second session would focus on individual taxpayers who earned income from business.

Taxpayers in this category have to submit "B" form for the 2011 Assessment Year and pay the taxable amount before or on June 30 to avoid being slapped with the penalty for late submission.

To facilitate taxpayers to fulfil their responsibility, e-Filing and e-Bayaran counters will be opened at all 36 IRB branches nationwide.

Taxpayers can also use e-Filing and e-Bayaran on-line system via the website e-Filing https://e.hasil.gov.my, e-Bayaran https://epayment.hasil.gov.my, or through the IRB's official website www.hasil.gov.my.

Taxpayers, who have never used the e-Filing method, need to apply for a e-Filing personal identification number through e-mail address pin@hasil.gov.my or contact IRB's toll-free line 1-300-88-3010.
