IRB issues Public Ruling on Tax Treaty Relief for Foreign Nationals Working in Malaysia

The Inland Revenue Board has issued a Public Ruling on Tax Treaty Relief for Foreign Nationals Working in Malaysia. This Ruling explains the application of tax treaty relief to foreign nationals from treaty countries seconded to Malaysia by their employers that are not resident in Malaysia.
